The programme profiles Charlie Jackson, who emphasises how the Matrix method was developed and analyses the six mainbuilding blocks of the training programme. A series of different technical drills are then described by Gray and illustrated with clips from famous televised games,explanatory diagrams and footage of Matrix players enacting these basic skills. There’s also film of a 4 v 4 Matrix mini game, which is how every drill session finishes.
